Brooks is the Global Business Development Manager for Planning and Urban Development as part of the Smart City Solutions team at Esri. He is an experienced GIS specialist responsible for the product definition and launch of ArcGIS Urban, Esri’s first web-based scenario planning application able to simulate urban development and shape how cities reach sustainability goals.
