The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - 5 years later - Creating a 1 to 1 iPad School
Over the course of 5 years, I experienced the ups and downs of introducing iPads into formatio Privatschule. Starting with my personal iPad in the Primarschule and then becoming a 1 to 1 iPad school (PS, SEK, OG), formatio Privatschule experienced an enormous transition that changed every aspect of the school including infrastructure, budget, pedagogy, and all the people involved (student, teachers, parents and staff).
During this session I want to share my experience, answer questions, and share tips and tricks to help successfully implement a 1 to 1 iPad program. An important rule of Barcamp is “No Spectators, Only Participants.” Therefore most of this session will be an open discussion to talk about implementing a 1 to 1 iPad Program at your educational institution.
